Adrian has become perhaps our most well-known patient as he went on to feature on our monthly podcast which is very popular with Physios and other professionals.
He has an intriguing but all too common story of complex, persistent pain that was contributed to by well-meaning but misguided health professionals.
We worked with Adrian to help him understand the unlikelihood of a structural or biomechanical cause for his symptoms; then worked on fluid, confident movement specific to his goals.
