Session 34 – Cervicogenic Headache with Toby Hall
Toby Hall is a big fish in a large manual therapy pond! Having trained under Brian Mulligan in the concept of mobilisation with movement, Toby has then gone on to study the use of these techniques and others in the treatment and management of cervicogenic headache. The upper cervical spine is an area of the body in which specific palpation and detailed manual assessment better stands the scrutiny of reliability testing and is often therefore a thorn in the side of palpation nihilists. We are delighted to bring you a chat between Jack and Toby which took place at IFOMPT 2016 in Glasgow. Thanks to Thomas Mitchell of Remedy Physio in Sheffield for organising this chat and for looking after Mark Reid at one of Toby’s courses earlier in the year to research for this interview.
